Sidewalkdog.com Launches Special Campaign to Help Local Rescue Dogs

SidewalkDog.com is the go-to resource for fun things to do with your dog in the Twin Cities. The site’s connection with and dedication to the local dog community has spun a new web series Special Dog Seeks Special Home, that launched last month.

“The series is inspired by the original sidewalk dog, Luc, who belonged to founder Ali Jarvis, and was the special neediest dog ever,” says Bri Sharkey-Smith, Content Manager at SidewalkDog.com. “We know some pups have a harder time finding their forever homes, and we want to do what we can to help out.”

SidewalkDog.com reaches 60,000 page views each month and hopes to use that traffic as a resource for these special dogs by sharing a story, photos, video and a link to the dog’s adoption page to the widest possible audience.

SidewalkDog.com will feature a dog from a different local rescue each Thursday. Save-a-Bull is honored to have one of our dogs, Hobbes, featured this week! Click over to SidewalkDog.com and read his story now.

Any 501(c)(3) rescue that wants to have one of their dogs featured in the series should email submit@sidewalkdog.com to get on the editorial calendar.
